In excelsis?

Hi! I'm writing a script with a friend that will hopefully become a short film. In the script, a character acquires a powerful object and exclaims, "With this, I shall deliver myself in excelsis." Is the use of 'in excelsis' correct? We tried looking it up but couldn't figure out if we were right or not.
