This enquiry arises from a question put to me by a close friend who teaches Religious Studies.
There appears to be an established theological tradition, Catholic or Protestant, that God is addressed, or described as, omnipotens, omnisciens, omnipraesens ['Almighty, all-knowing, all-present'].
