Drinking quality wine was considered a sign of indiscipline. [Oratio Obliqua with passive]

I'm trying to translate the sentence:
"Drinking quality wine was considered a sign of indiscipline."
and my first idea was to use oratio obliqua.

My question is if the oratio obliqua can be used with impersonal verbs or if it should be reflexive or something else.

My attempt is:
"Putabatur bibendum vinum qualitatis indisciplinam esse." — lit. It was thought drinking wine of quality indiscipline to be.

Any suggestions on grammar and translation will be accepted thankfully.
