Hello everyone. In the 90s there was a children's book and TV series called Aquila which featured the Latin phrase: licat volare si super tergum aquila volat. This was loosely translated as 'any man can fly if he flies on the back of an eagle.' Now, I'm fairly sure that it should be aquilae, not aquila, and I'm not sure about the case of tergum either, but the word which is really puzzling me is licat. I can't seem to find any evidence for this word...
